HireNetworks participated in this survey to help our clients and candidates get a benchmark for hiring and retention. Individuals from 56 organizations completed the 2015 compensation survey questionnaire. These privately-held, emerging growth companies, based in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic or South Atlantic (1) have received equity financing from an institutional investor, (2) have received equity financing of at least $500,000 from angel investors or (3) offer equity compensation to the workforce and have had at least $500,000 in annual revenue or have 5 or more employees.
