What do Clients/Candidates need to do in order to work successfully with you?
Communication is the Key! A candidate needs to let me know what is important to them, what they are missing in their current position and what they are looking for in their next opportunity. They also need to be willing to do some work upfront to get that next opportunity (summary of experience in comparison to the job description, etc.).
