HireNetworks Director, Michelle Coviello, has been appointed President of (CRTEC), the Charlotte Regional Technology Executive Council. Michelle has served as a valuable asset on the on the board of CRTEC since it’s inception, bringing over fifteen years’ experience in the executive search business. She has a proven track record in developing new business and providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates. In 2000, she became a Certified Personnel Consultant, which focuses on the laws and ethics in the human resource and recruiting fields. She has conducted extensive search work within the information technology industry with a focus on programming, operations, administration as well as technology sales positions particularly in the Carolinas and across the country.
CRTEC’s the premier forum for networking and collaboration between technology executives in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. They provide ongoing, candid deliberation on key technology issues facing our executive community and promote social networking to foster the development of relationships essential to each member’s success. CRTEC also graciously provides sponsorships for students attending UNC Charlotte College of Computing & Informatics. To date, they have financially supported 34 students.
Founded in late 2010, CRTEC is an organization dedicated to the continuous education for its members and the economic development of technology companies in the Charlotte region. The council resources are primarily volunteers comprised of executive level technology leaders in this region. CRTEC is recognized as a 501(c) (6) non-profit organization. CRTEC has more than 60 members consisting of entrepreneurs, technology leaders, and education affiliates from the Charlotte region.
