Michael Doyle joins HireNetworks to lead the strategic direction and growth of the recruiting and client development teams. Michael will be involved in all aspects of the business including direct hire, contract, and Campbell & James executive search operations. He will be vital part in the continual growth of the HireNetworks brands as a key executive to help maintain the great culture, which is known as the best in the industry.
Michael brings more than 20 years in various leadership roles with Manpower. He is very well respected in the recruiting industry. Most recently, he established Accrete Management, a consulting firm providing expertise in leadership management, engagement and growth strategies for companies. “Michael is an important addition to our executive team,” said Craig Stone, CEO of HireNetworks. “He brings a high level of recruiting knowledge and experience as well as outstanding leadership abilities to this new position, making him an asset to helping us grow to our next level of success.”
At HireNetworks, Michael will focus his passion for the recruiting industry and growing companies, utilizing his extensive experience in P&L management, people leadership, operational execution, organizational development, and sales/account management. Michael adds, “HireNetworks has a solid brand and network that ultimately led me to join the team, confident that I could have an impact on their continued success.” He holds a degree in Communications from North Carolina State University. Michael resides in the Raleigh area with his wife, Amy, and his two children.
